Hello! I am having back home with my family due to unforeseen circumstances. I am looking for someone to take over my current lease in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It is owned by a private landlord and he is a very nice and understanding man.

The house is located in a nice and established neighborhood right next to a golf course and pool. The house has a closed garage with lots of storage space even with a car inside. The yard features lots of space with a mature peach tree and established garden.

The current rent price is including pet rent but if you don't have any then it would go down. If you have more than 1 pet then it would increase for future awareness. The only services included in rent are the HOA fees which allows large discounts for the golf course and pool but also takes care of trash and recycling.

Wifi, electricity and water are not included.

The only furniture not included is bedroom furniture and the dining room furniture. Otherwise you are all set!
