Private Basement Suite

We are offering a fully furnished 600-square-foot basement suite in our townhome for $1,000 per month plus a security deposit.

The renter will have access to the entire basement, providing a comfortable and private living space. Included in the basement are your own refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

Laundry room (located downstairs)
Kitchen (located upstairs)

A little about us: We are a family of three—my wife, our 3-year-old daughter, and I—and we also have a friendly dog. We live upstairs and are looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and comfortable living in a family-oriented home.

House Rules:

No smoking
No drugs of any kind
Overnight guests should be discussed in advance
If you have a dog or cat, please let us know. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
