We’re looking for a clean, respectful roommate to join our house in Broomfield!

About us:
We’re three guys in our 20s and 30s. Two of us live here full-time, and the third is only around 1–2 months out of the year, so the house is often pretty quiet.

We’re all active, easygoing, and keep a clean home. We don’t party, drink much, or use drugs, so it’s a relaxed environment. One roommate works a typical 8–6 schedule, while another works a one-week-on, one-week-off rotation.

Looking for:

Great location in Broomfield—just minutes from I-25 and close to King Soopers, Costco, and plenty of shopping and restaurants.
