Room opening up June st in our house near Louisville Hwy . Super easy drive to Boulder or Denver.

It’s a bed bath house with of us here right now, all early s. Pretty chill, clean, low drama setup. One roommate works with CU athletics, one is a Business student, and I own the house + work at a wine bar.

The house is honestly sweet:

Room is unfurnished, on the rd floor, and fits a queen + desk. Bathroom is shared with one person, but it’s a big double sink bathroom so it’s not cramped.

We also have two very sweet monthold kittens, so unfortunately no more pets.
