Hey! My brother and I are looking for one roommate (couples also welcome) to join us on a lease renewal for a house in Broomfield.

$1,000 per month plus utilities

About Us:
We both work full time and keep things pretty laid back. I’m Carter. I’m not home much during the week, mostly around on weekends. My brother Carson works full time with a varying schedule. Overall it’s a lowkey, respectful, easygoing house.

Who We’re Looking For:
20s to early 30s preferred
Stable income
Clean and respectful
Looking for something longer term with an 18 month lease
Easy to live with and communicates well
