About the Homeowner:
I live in the home and travel often, so from time to time yourself and the other room will have the house to yourselves. I'm easygoing and just ask that the home is kept clean and common spaces are respected. You're welcome to have a friend or two over occasionally, and the shared living space (with TV) is free to use. I have my own private living room in my bedroom, so frankly I am rarely in the common spaces which is a plus for you!

I have a large and well-equipped garage that I keep for personal use, but I'm happy to loan tools or lend a hand with projects when I'm around and free!
