[Broomfield, CO] Sublease for December 16, 2025 - July 2026. Looking for a guy who enjoys sweet, older dogs to take over my part of the lease in this big house in Broomfield. My current housemate is solid guy with a military and law enforcement background. He has the master bedroom with his own bathroom. The lease will end in July 2026 with the possibility to re-sign (good leasing company). You just need to bring items for your room. This house has a kitchen (with new fridge), a closed/fenced front and back yard, and next to a lot of neighborhood walking paths. There are three rooms to choose from with one bathroom in the hallway. The rent is $1,375.00. An additional person can sign on and make the rent $1,250 each.
