We’re looking for a wonderful being to join our cozy, intentional, and kindness-oriented home in Broomfield. We value balance: connection and independence, creativity and kindness, cleanliness and comfort. 🌈 We would love to keep it a TV-free house and rather encourage valuable time together.

About the room

The room is available starting September 2025. It is a very spacious home with a big living room, family room with a wood fireplace, basement, fully equipped kitchen, street parking, and backyard with plenty of room for gardening. Walking distance to King Soopers and bike trails around (suburbs - 20 mins drive to Boulder, 20 mins drive to Denver).

Our Ideal Roommate
We’re looking for someone who: • Is fun, authentic, and grounded in reality. • Is in their late 20s to early 40s. • Is decently active and enjoys being outdoors. • Is a strong communicator and values open, honest conversations. • Wants to connect as a home—not just use this as a house to live in. Sharing meals, dancing in the living room, or having a cup of tea together are things we’d love to share when it aligns.

About the roomies
You’ll be living with two people and one cat: • Miri: artist who works with biomaterials, sometimes from her studio in Boulder, sometimes . Thoughtful, grounded, and easygoing. Loves everything nature: hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, fishing. • Constantine: trauma coach and author. He’s a creative, growth-oriented person who loves deep conversations, tea ceremonies, house music, and hot yoga. He values harmony and connection but also cherishes his own space. Spends most of his time at home working. • Bean: A sweet but very skittish 2-year-old cat who’s enjoying the backyard. Additional cat or small dog could be welcome if friendly.

We care about keeping a balanced, welcoming home—one where we can connect, grow, and support each other, while also respecting space and autonomy. We like to keep the space clean and comfortable, but we’re not rigid about it. Here’s what works for us: • Keep personal belongings in personal spaces. • The kitchen doesn’t need to sparkle daily, but clean the countertops and stove weekly, sweep, and keep up with dishes. • Keep the home welcoming enough that we’d all feel good inviting friends over at any time.

Our Lifestyle
We’re a grounded, fun, and creative household that: • Occasionally hosts small–medium, intentional gatherings (once every few months) with potlucks, dancing, and great company—minimal drinking, high-quality vibes. Always make sure everyone in the house is comfortable having guests. • Enjoys balance—this is not a college party house, but we love creating space for joy, music, and connection when the moment feels right. • Values creativity, movement, and grounding practices like dance, tea, art, and being in nature.

We meet twice a month as a household to discuss whatever is coming up for us, and to make sure we are all on the same page. We encourage open communication, authenticity, and accountability. We love cooking together, jamming together, playing music, board games, and creating art. 🎨
