2 dogs live onsite, very friendly, and well behaved. No cats allowed (allergies)
Non smoking house, not 420 friendly.
You must be respectful, clean and follow community rules (standards)
Must be employed full time or student (parent must be guarantor)
Must do a full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check)
