Mindful single mom with active toddler and sweet Old English Sheepdog seeking kind, caring peaceful, helpful, clean, emotionally stable and balanced, low maintenance, amazing female roommate with exceptional references to share a house and rent a bedroom with shared bath in a 2 story 4 bed, 3 bath 1560 square foot house. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Available weekly or monthly. Monthly rate is $750/mo. plus $25/mo utilities. (Weekly rate is $200/wk) Available 6/1/24. 11' x 10' in size. (Also have a larger room currently rented to a single quiet dad available in the future.) Live in owner is a former elementary school teacher. Renter can be a parent with older child but no couples please. Also, prefer no overnight adult guests. Hypo allergenic, well trained dogs welcome. Cat welcome for the right renter. Rental price includes use of a shared extra storage, free parking, large garden, large yard in front and back. Home has both carpeting and wood floors, along with granite counter tops and a perfect "golden triangle" for chefs in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances. Located in a quiet, friendly, family cul-de-sac in a quiet, crime free neighborhood. 10 min. to I-25 on the east side. 15 min. to Boulder Turnpike on the west side of town. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished with shared bath. The home is partially solar powered. We compost and recycle and prefer a tenant who is energy efficient. We are also a chemical-free / toxin-free home. Ideally, prefer a long term renter but will start out with a month to month lease. Dogs welcome and prefer hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs. (My dog is very well socialized and I'm a former pet sitter with awesome reviews that I am happy to share.) Cat might be okay if it's the right roommate. Establishing a community atmosphere where we all care about each other is key.
