Room for rent. Tons of space

There are currently two of us here, myself and one roommate, both working professionals. We both work long hours, so I’m looking for someone trustworthy and responsible, since you may have the house to yourself for extended stretches during the day.
Rent is $1,450/month and includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, internet). Looking for 3-month minimum lease, available July 1st. Your private bedroom has a closet and ceiling fan, and comes with a full semi-private bathroom (I only say semi because if you have overnight guests it is the closest to the guest room). This is a roughly 2,500 sq ft brick ranch that I’ve set up so everyone can find their own space when they want it. -Bright vaulted main living room and a separate formal dining area
-Granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar
-Finished basement lounge with a large sectional, big-screen TV, and surround sound built into the walls
-2 more separate lounge areas one with a U shaped couch and one with L shaped (both with large mounted smart tv’s)
- new (2022) LG washer and dryer
-Attached 3-car garage (you get indoor parking spot and a remote opener)
-Large covered wrap-around back deck with lounge couch, umbrella table, outdoor lighting, tv, speaker, and blackstone grill. - a fenced backyard with mature shade trees and a hammock to relax -Blink video doorbell and a 2-camera security system
-community pool through HOA -tons of walking paths 5 minute walk from front door -10 minute drive from shopping centers general quiet hours after 8:30pm on weeknights. I also have a dog named Moose, a shorthair (low-shedding) and extremely human-friendly. Being comfortable around dogs is a must. Guests are welcome with advance notice, and you’re free to use all the communal spaces. As for a rent-a-room experience it doesn’t get better
