This is a single bedroom with a bay window and a sitting area. The room has vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. This room does share a bathroom with two other rented rooms. This room is located upstairs. The main level is considered a common area and is mostly unfurnished. A couch set is included in the living room and a table with chairs in the formal dining room. There is also a bath on the main level. The back does offer a large deck, which is nice to use all day.

The other three rooms in the house are currently rented by three males in their s. All the individuals have been here for more than a year.
