Seeking roommate to rent 2nd floor of townhome!

Hi there everyone!

I am looking for a roommate to sublet a room in my rented 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome for 6 months with option to extend later, in North Denver (Westminster/Thornton area near I-25). I have 2 private rooms on the second floor available with private bathroom! Perfect for someone who works from home or wants some extra space!

More details: it’s a duplex style home with a small fenced in backyard, 2 car garage and basement! 1 garage spot available for my roommate. Lots of storage if needed. Dog friendly with dog door! I have a 3 year old Golden retriever who is dog and people friendly (: Common areas are furnished including kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms and study/workout room (could be a great work from home option if needed). LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly, outside. Close light rail access to Denver, multiple parks and trails nearby.

Move in: July 2026 (2nd week preferably)

Lease ends: December 23rd, 2026 with option to resign/extend

Landlord lives out of state, but it very responsive and reliable!

Security deposit: $750
Rent: $1250/month, not including utilities. Utilities run: $130-225 monthly including water, Xcel, and internet services.
