I am looking for a roommate to sublet the second floor of my rented 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome in North Denver (Westminster/Thornton area near I-25). I have 2 private rooms on the second floor with a private bathroom! 😊

More details: duplex style home, small fenced in backyard, 2 car garage and basement! Lots of storage. Dog friendly space. I have a 3 year old Golden retriever who is dog and people friendly 😊 Common areas are furnished including kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms and study/workout room (could be a great work from home option if needed). LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly, outside. Close light rail access to Denver, multiple parks and trails nearby.

Lifestyle-wise: I work a typical M-F, 9-5 schedule with some oncall nights and weekends. I stay active working out most afternoons or hanging out with friends. I do like hosting friends every once in a while, but overall I’m very considerate and communicative about shared spaces.

Landlord lives out of state, but it very responsive and reliable!

Security deposit: $750

Rent: $1250/month, utilities not included

Utilities run: $130-225 monthly including water, Xcel, and internet services.
