Room for rent in large recently remodeled home in beautiful complex. Bask in the community amenities of a pool, hot tub, and the tennis courts, or walk to the nearby shopping, bar/restaurants, trolley, and stadium (set to open in Sept 2022). Only two stops away from SDSU, perfect for students. Freeway access to the 8 & 15 is two stoplights away.

Condo is located at the end of the caul-de-sac and is a corner unit. It is perfectly situated overlooking the San Diego river that you can see from the living room window on rainy days.

Furnished room overlooking a mature large tree and tennis court. Room includes a full bed, new dresser, new rug, desk and desk chair, and black-out curtains. Shared bath with one other female individual.

Shared remodeled bath includes a double vanity and enclosed toilet and bath.

You will have access to a washer and dryer in unit, large remodeled kitchen with plenty of seating on the bar and dining room area, various kitchen appliances (Keurig, Instant Pot, NutriBullet, toaster, pots/pans, new dinnerware, etc.). You will also have access to a living room with a large sectional couch allowing for plenty of seating and a 65 in tv. Outside, there is large fenced patio with an extentable patio table.

All utilities are included in the rent. Utilities include: water, electricity, high-speed internet, and a monthly housekeeper who will tend to all shared areas.

Unfortunately, we are not allowing for couples to rent one room.
