Hello there,

We have a furnished large room ready to move in. We are looking for a great male/female roommate to share our cozy 3-beds, 3-baths townhome at Escala. It is a gated community with awesome amenities like a gym, resort style swimming pool, a dog park, jacuzzi and hiking trails. The place is closer to Fashion valley Mall, Costco, IKEA, Target, and other nice restaurants and stores.
The townhome is currently occupied with two friendly professionals, one a female and the other a male, ready to welcome another professional to share the house.

About us:
We are easy going and friendly individuals and respect each other’s boundaries. We are not religious but care for others faith and belief. We have two small size dogs and are very people friendly.

Your Room:
It's a cool fully furnished space with its own bathroom and attached closet. The house is also fully furnished and perfect for someone looking for a short term or long-term stay. We are very flexible and offer month to month sublease but with minimal 6 months stay.

Rent: $1950 including utilities. $1000.00 refundable deposit

About Pets:
We have a 3-year-old shihtzu and a 13-year-old wiener dog. Both are very people friendly and calm in nature. You would fall in love with them.
