I'm on the lookout for a great female roommate to share my cozy 2-bed, 3-bath townhome at Escala – a serene haven with awesome amenities like a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi and hiking trails.

About Me:
I'm all about positivity and a healthy lifestyle, working from home during the day. I am not religious person but I care for an environment with a kind and positive person with a good heart to share my space with. I am a Corrective Exercise Personal Trainer Hoping to find someone with a full-time job to join this friendly living environment. I’m fun, love to dance and workout, responsible. Hope to find someone easy going like me. :)

Your Room:
It's a cool unfurnished space with its own bathroom and nice closet room. We can figure out furniture if you need some.

Full-time day job
Healthy habits
Non-smoker, no drugs
Kind, friendly, and responsible
Small dog lovers welcome!
Rent: $1590 plus utilities. $500.00 refundable deposit
Facilities: Resident parking, stunning surroundings, and top-notch amenities.

About Pets:
I've got an adorable 11-year-old Poodle/Chihuahua. If you've got a small dog too, we might be a match made in roommate heaven!
