We’ll have two rooms available for 1+ roommates when we renew our lease in July. The second, larger room is $845 per month. Come check out our cozy, conveniently located Pocket Sacramento home! This quiet neighborhood links to a trail for short walks to the nearby grocery store, park, and restaurants. Our two sweet dogs will fall in love with you by the end of your first day. Contact us for a tour and meet and greet! Sorry, our lease does not allow any more pets. Unfortunately, our dogs do not do well with children. You will need to apply to our property manager and provide proof of income and have a minimum credit score of 650. We look forward to meeting you!
