Room 4 Rent

Hello,

I am currently seeking short-term renters for individual rooms in my 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house. I am offering a month-to-month lease agreement for a duration of 6 to 8 months. Because of the short-term nature of the contract, the monthly rent has been reduced. To secure a room, the first month's rent and a security deposit will be required.

This opportunity is open to both men and women, but I am specifically looking for reliable individuals who work full-time outside of the home; please note that work-from-home arrangements cannot be accommodated. As part of the application process, I will be verifying employment and income.

To maintain a peaceful environment, I am looking for quiet housemates who do not smoke, use drugs, or drink excessive alcohol. Additionally, this is a pet-free property, and parties or late-night guests are not permitted.
