Looking for one female roommate only to move in as soon as possible! Pets considered but not preferred as there is already 1 cat in residence.

About the place:

This is a newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath condo diagonally across from South Coast Plaza, and a few minutes’ walk from the iconic Segerstrom Center and OCMA. Quick access to the 405 and a huge range of essentials (Target, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Mitsuwa) and other hotspots like The Lab and The Camp all on the closest street, Bristol.

This is an upstairs unit, so you won’t have to worry about noise from neighbors. Vaulted ceilings open up the space and the skylights help cut down the electricity bill. Internet is also excluded, to be split among the tenants. Water, trash, and gas are included. The complex includes access to the community pool and jacuzzi. Parking will need to be discussed as we have 2 spots for 3 tenants with parking structures nearby.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, ample storage, an over-range microwave, and plenty of counter space. The generous balcony off the living room is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, hang out with friends, or enjoy the fresh air.

About the residents:

I'm 29F and often home and my roommate (23F) is rarely home (it's like living with a ghost lol). You would have your own room with a mirrored closet and a small private balcony included, and share a bathroom with her.

I have one sweet cat who is docile, polite, and very much a scaredy girl until she decides to trust people; I usually let her roam the entire place but do have the ability to confine her in my room. She gets along well with the neighborhood cats interacting through our screen door which makes me think that with a slow enough introduction she would be fine with other pets. She isn't super into food, treats, or playing, and honestly doesn't do much besides stare out the window and at the wall. I love her to bits.

About the room:

The picture of the room is how it looks with a full size bed. Please note that the room is UNFURNISHED. A twin mattress & twin box spring (no frame) and a nightstand is available for free upon request. We also have a desk and rolling chair in the living room that can be moved into the bedroom if desired.

The room has blackout blinds, a double sliding mirrored closet with shelving and clothing racks included, and overhead adjustable ceiling fan with dimmable light.
