Master Vedroom for rent

I’m looking for a housemate to move into my 4 bedroom condo as soon as the middle of May or possibly sooner near South Coast Plaza! Major cross streets are Segerstrom and Fairview. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. You will be renting the master bedroom/bathroom and also another private room that can be used as an office, work area, etc. This is perfect for someone that works a hybrid/remote schedule 😊

The condo has a nice kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, storage and garage parking. The complex also has two pools/jacuzzis. The condo is perfect for a housemate situation as it is stacked and each of us have a bedroom on a different floor.

No smoking, no drugs, and unfortunately no pets at this time. The lease is month to month and will require a 30 day notice for move out. A credit check is ran through transunion. Room is $1500/month with a security deposit of $750 at time of move in. Utilites are split between the two of us (they usually range around $100+ a month per person).

This is for one person only. No couples and no parent with child. Landlord will run credit check/application and handle rent/security deposit.

A little bit about me, I’ve lived here for 5 years and absolutely love it. Complex is very quiet and peaceful. I’m looking for a roommate due to my current one relocating. I work in healthcare and work a hybrid schedule. I’m super clean and respectful and would appreciate my roommate to be the same. I enjoy working out, cooking, hanging out with friends and family, gardening, traveling for work and pleasure. Occasional guest is allowed but this is not a party house or your significant other over 5 nights a week.
