Hello my name is Victor My wife and I are currently looking to rent one of our rooms in our home in Santa Ana We currently have another room being rented by a young girl who is very nice and keeps to herself It’s a decent size room with rent being $825 And deposit being $600 Deposit is returned at the end if there’s no damages and we get a 30 day notice from the date you plan to leave Rent includes utilities, wifi, washer dryer in the garage area, kitchen access also a refrigerator that both tenants share , and the hallway bathroom is only shared by the two tenants Just to tell you a bit about my home I have two Labradors they don’t bite just super energetic and happy dogs which are kept in the backyard I have two daughters ages 3 and 2 Promise they won’t bother much besides my 3 year old saying hi beside that I do keep them with me so they aren’t in the way We’re trying to find someone preferably female Easy to communicate with, cleans after themselves and just easy going and vibes well Also preferably someone thinking long term
