Furnished Large Room on quiet street

I have a sweet 1920s Spanish bungalow in Santa Ana, close to Bristol and Warner. I'll spend the majority of the time in the stand-alone garage, so you have private living room access and a private patio facing the street. We do share the bathroom and kitchen. I am not a huge cook; mainly meal-prepping on Sundays for the week at work. I work M-F 7-5. Looking for someone who is normal, responsible, non-drama, and has a life outside the home. Your room is furnished with a new queen bed, linens, desk, dresser, nightstand, lamps. There's a locking doorknob to your room. Basically you just need to bring you and your clothes.

I have a pug who can stay in the garage with me. Willing to consider if you have a low-key pet, please message me. High energy dogs will not work. Please note, this is not a party house; although chilling with a glass of wine in the backyard is more my style. Super-fast internet throughout the property. Streaming on Amazon, Netflix and HBO Max. Garden space with fruits and veggies. En-suite washer and dryer.

I will need to run a credit-check to be considered, which is $45. Must be willing to sign a roommate agreement on house rules. There are 3 exterior security cameras; this is a safe neighborhood that's a couple blocks from Memorial Park. Great sense of community here.
