About the current roomies
There are two male roommates, as well as the homeowner and his wife. The homeowner is a married, mature California native, a retired journalist/personal historian into hiking, mountain biking, writing and photography. His wife is a professional who is into cooking, reading and community service.
The first roommate is a quiet, mature transportation engineer who is here only 4 days a week during the week, the rest of the time he goes home to his family in San Diego.
The second roommate is only here 4 days a week, then stays with family in Orange County for the weekends. He is a single, mid-‘20’s aerospace engineer working on a Master’s degree via online classes.
He is also currently sharing the separate studio/office adjacent to the detached garage, a 10x10 room with its own A/C unit. (That room may become available as well.)
None are smokers or partiers. Currently, there are no pets living here. Neighbors are very friendly, it’s a safe neighborhood in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
