One older adult 60 lives here and One father 33 with his daughter 10 years old a family of 3 people . No drugs , or any type of illegal activity is welcome here. There is 1 dog here and 2 cats already ,so was hoping for no more animals but 1 or two more wont hurt if they are well behaved and taken care of properly , so we are pet friendly and they must also get along otherwise if the animals are a threat to each other we wouldn't be able to have them . Well behaved animals only. No partys or other people are allowed this is purely for living only for one person not a hang out location due to part family home as well must be responsible tenant as well as responsible and respectful . 420 is ok as long as its aired out with a fan or done outside. Month to month basis so if for some reason its not working out between the tenants and yourself, they can ask you to leave once the month is over with that you paid for. This is mandatory if asked to leave 30 days notice. If any damages are cause by yourself you will be responsible to fix the problem or it will be taken from your deposit. Overall the family here is very nice and understanding .
