Hey I'm Alex, I'm renting a 4bd house at the moment. I'm 33 yrs old male single father and have a daughter 9yrs old ,with a disabled father 58 yrs old . Its just us three living here at the moment very clean and quiet environment. Most the days its just me home due to my disable father has most the day out doing the therapy or going to church . I have half custody of my child so i have her with me 3 and half days every week starting Sat-Tuesday afternoon, so half the week my daughter will not be present . Who ever does end up getting the room it will be just you and me most the day at home due to i work from home i have my own amazon platform I'm running from the residence out of one of my bedrooms. As long as your respectful clean after yourself you would fit perfect here ,i don't smoke cigarettes or drink any type of alcohol but if you do you can as long as its outside in the backyard no cigarettes inside the house, drinking is fine as long as its not creating problems in the house or supporting heavy addictions. I'm super friendly, so i am very understanding when comes to some friends wanting to swing by to hang out so its ok to bring people you have good relationships with as long as its not a party and effecting others living there. Constant sleepovers are not welcome but we can always renegotiate if you have a couple living together in one room due to utility's would be a little bit higher $1250 for two people instead of 1 person for $850.
