$900/ 1 bed Room For Rent In Gated Community Home

Hi, we have one room available for rent. The property is located in a peaceful gated community, and it's available now. We're asking for $900 per month, plus a $900 security deposit to move in, and a minimum requirement of 6 months to 1 year on the lease. The lease can be extended after it expires. The landlord pays for trash, HOA, and gardening services. However, the rent does not cover utilities like electricity, gas, water, and internet. We’re sharing these utility costs 50/50 with our roommate here.

In addition, this single-family home comes with a private full bath, a shared kitchen, and a laundry room. It's near and in close proximity to shopping centers, a sports park, public transportation, and easy access to the 60 and 10 freeways.
