We have a freshly painted room to rent (11FT X 11FT) becoming available on SEPTEMBER 1! The room is inside of a single-family home right in the heart of Studio City. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Vons, Ventura Blvd shops, Sundays Farmers Market, and CBS Studio!
We are 5 adults - all working professionals, looking for a trustworthy, organized, easy to talk to, fun, unique roommate!
The room can rent furnished or unfurnished- it also has 2 closets, so plenty of storage space! It is located on the first floor and the bathroom is shared with 1 male.
Shared spaces in the house are: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, and large balcony. We do have a hypoallergenic dog, so the candidate must be dog friendly! Feel free to email me direct if you're serious and interested.

We will ask our new housemate for proof of vaccination!

Amenities: Laundry Room inside the home, separate AC unit for top and bottom floor so it cools quickly, ample street parking, bedroom has wood floors and a ceiling fan!

Rent will fluctuate between $980-$1100 depending on utility usage. Normally it stays under $1000 except in summer months (AC Use)
