We are looking to fill a bedroom in a 3B2B apartment in Studio City, available starting April 1st (move-in date flexible). We’re looking for someone with stable income, chill and clean.

• Right off Ventura Blvd
• Walking distance from Ralph’s, Shake Shack (as reference) and sooo many great eats, bars and coffee shops!
• Safe neighborhood, I have never felt unsafe.

DETAILS

• $890mo + utilities. Month-to-month lease.
• The bedroom has great lighting and semi-private balcony
• Dishwasher
• Tandem parking space that we rotate and street parking available
• Non-private bath (shared with me)
• Washer and Dryer on the building (coins)
• No dogs or cats -sorry-, my roommate already has 2 small yorkies well trained and quiet.
• Main living areas will be furnished, bedroom will be unfurnished

You would be sharing this space with with 2 other girls. A little about them:

• Roommate 1: 30s female, works in hospitality and homebody. Likes quiet spaces and going outdoors. Enjoys movies at home and video games.

• Roommate 2 (me): 20s female, works as nanny and hospitality. Quiet, friendly, likes to cook, down to basically anything outdoors and outgoing.
