Seeking a roommate for the remainder of the lease, January 2023-June 2023 (6 months), with the potential to extend. Looking for someone to take over the lease on the primary bedroom, which includes a lovely sun-room as a bonus room for an office or small studio space. The primary room has two closets, with amazing views of the Silverlake hills. We are willing to leave the furniture as is, but open to discussion if you are bringing your own, and can negotiate a lower price if so. Bedroom suite includes queen bed, dresser, small dresser and night stand. We share the outdoor space with our neighbors, who have lived in their space for years, are really great neighbors and basically locals at this point! It includes the front patio and back yard, with access to all the furniture and a firepit out back. Below our unit is a 1-2 car garage, which is amazing storage space, and you will have full access for your car to be the primary car.
