This apartment is on the ground floor of a 7-unit building. It's about 775 sq. ft. and located at the back of the property, away from the street. Inside, you'll find a recently renovated kitchen, a small dining area, a living room, a shared bathroom, and two queen-sized bedrooms.

The bedroom up for rent is about 13' by 10' and comes with its own built-in closet. It already has a queen-sized bed, a spacious sit/stand desk, and a chair. Extra storage is accessible in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom, and we can also arrange more furniture for the bedroom if needed.

There is one shared bathroom in the apartment. The compact yet functional full bathroom includes a combination tub and shower, a vanity, and a toilet.

The kitchen comes equipped with a good selection of cookware and dinnerware. The apartment is furnished with the essentials, leaving space for additional furniture if you intend to bring or purchase any yourself.

The apartment includes one parking space, currently in use by me. I don't use my car often as I usually commute via public transportation and walk to grocery stores. I'm willing to give up the parking spot for an extra fee to cover the cost of parking my car off-the-street, conveniently nearby.

Pets are not permitted due to landlord rules. To secure the apartment, passing a background check and being added to the lease are required. The property is subject to Pasadena rent control (Measure H). Your portion of the monthly rent is $1,200.00, covering all utilities & internet. A security deposit equal to one month of rent will be required. Rent adjustments will be made to align with changes in utilities costs and any increases mandated by the landlord (limited to once a year).
