Beautiful Room in Echo Park 'Zen Den'

I am renting a room in my beautiful Echo Park apartment in March. The unit has incredible light, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and parking out front (never an issue finding a spot). The duplex is situated on a cul-de-sac in an incredibly peaceful spot yet only 2.2 miles from DTLA. This is a one-of-a-kind unit in the best part of LA. The apartment has a washer and dryer and the room for rent features a walk-in closet. We are within walking distance to Echo Park Lake, Lassens, and Walgreens, with great restaurants and bars on Sunset Blvd and Echo Park Ave. No couples, no pets. I have a sweet 15-year-old (23-pound) dog who is fabulous and hypoallergenic. The rent is $1475 and includes WIFI, Hulu Live, and Netflix but not utilities. The first and last month's rent is required (as a security deposit) and the landlord will do a credit check and require an application. If you are looking for a party environment or don’t love dogs this is the wrong listing. No vaping, no smoking weed, or cigarettes on the property.
