Our beautiful house is located in one of the best areas in Claremont, right under the mountain, north of Freeway . It is just a few steps to the famous Stephens Creek Trail; Three community parks are a few blocks away. The center of twon, famous Claremont Village, Claremont colleges with all kinds of restaurants, train station, banks and library, post office etc, are only a few minutes drive; University of La Vern, West University, Cal Poly are all close by.
The roommates area has a relatively separated part and have a separated entrance. We only provide simply cooking, including you own refrigerator, shared microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and airfrier. We can room furniture as need. The room has nice paint and new bamboo floor and with a walkin closet. It has a double layer nice window with a beautiful mountain view. We ask $ a month rent which includes utilities, laundry, high speed wireless internet, central airconditioner and parking.
