This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2200 sf house on 1/3 acre gated property that is located on the border of Claremont and La Verne in Los Angeles County. Nearest large cross streets are Foothill Blvd and Garey Ave. Convenient to 10fwy and 210fwy.
ABOUT ROOM AND AMENITIES
This is a private room (approx. 14' x 15') furnished with large desk, 2 seater sofa, ample closet space, queen mattress and bedframe, night stand, ceiling fan/light, with your own AC/heating wall unit in the room. You have a full bathroom that is a guest bathroom, which is rarely used by guests. You have off street assigned parking space for one car and access to all common areas. Amenities include - granite countertop kitchen, kitchen privileges, kitchen and pantry storage, shared full sized fridge with one other person, in unit laundry. Most utilities included (water, gas, sewer, trash, internet/wifi), Electricity is included if you are working full time at your work location. If working part time or full time from home, electricity will be $45 additional to rent per month. The property has multiple security cameras outside and active neighborhood watch.
Looking for full time professional or graduate student who is quiet, clean, respectful, no drama, no couples, no kids (no visitations). Long term lease only, minimum of 6 months, maximum 1 year, option for renewal at end of term. For single person room occupancy only. No pets/drugs/smoking. No business owners with home based business or retirees. Prefer someone who does not work from home, however, this is negotiable depending on schedule, personality, and type of employment. No day time visitor policy. Overnight guest policy is limited to one guest for 5 nights total duration of lease with additional fee of $65/night, which includes off street parking if needed.
Housemates - landlord and another tenant both female, working professionals, respectful and clean. So, including you, there will be 3 housemates total. Landlord has a small indoor dog (hypoallergenic).
