Hey! Due to family reasons, I have to return to New Jersey, and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. This lease ends on January 20, 2025, and you can renew it if you like! This room can come either furnished or unfurnished.

P. S." my current roommate Is also moving out and looking for someone to take over his room too. There is a chance you will have the apartment for yourself while he looks for someone! Regardless, that portion of the rent is not your responsibility!

I am looking for someone to take over ASAP. I will be open to someone taking over within the next three weeks, but you wouldn't have to pay rent until May 1, 2024

Base rent is 1520, and you must also pay utilities, which can vary depending on tenant usage.
