Hi there,

I'm a UCLA grad ('24) who works in venture and tech. I'm seeking a roommate for the second BR. My previous roommate was a UCLA student who just went home to Europe after graduating.

I'm open to someone between 21-30 who is smart, educated, and well traveled. I'm open to a guy or a girl.

The location of the apartment is just south of Wilshire Blvd a block from the prime Beverly Hills Golden Triangle area and only a block away from shopping, restaurants, and stores. It's in a great location. The apartment is on the second floor and gets a lot of light all day. It has one bathroom and a very spacious living room. It also has a great deck facing west which gets lots of light as well. It's set back away from the street and is very quiet as well.
