I’m looking for a woman to share my two-bedroom, upper level apartment in the Pico Robertson area. The room is furnished with a twin bed, desk, bookshelves and lamps. The large windows get a lot of light.

The apartment itself has a big living room, a dining area, kitchen, and a long balcony. We share a bathroom, which has 2 sinks, a stall shower and a tub. There’s a laundry room on the ground floor with a washer and dryer.

The building is conveniently located, 20 minutes from downtown, the beach, and the Valley. It’s right on the edge of Beverly Hills and 10 minutes to Century City and Culver City. Nearby are grocery stores, three banks and a post office. The Santa Monica blue bus on Pico and Metro buses on Olympic are close by.

I'm a college educated woman and work out of my home as a writer, editor, and English teacher. I have asthma, so pets, smoking or strong odors are not allowed. My ideal roommate is a clean, neat, and responsible woman, who is out working all day. She needs to provide her own linens.
