We have a great room opening up in our 3-bedroom apartment in Beverlywood, about a 15-minute walk from Beverly Hills and Century City. The room will be available starting March 20th.

Rent: $1,300.00 per month

Deposit: $1,300.00

Utilities: LADWP, Internet, and SoCal Gas split between the 3 roommates

The Room: furnished with one queen bed and desk, with great natural light and a large closet.

Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and shared bathroom. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate, where you’ll have space to store your personal belongings. The shower is shared among all three roommates and is located in the smaller bathroom of the apartment.

Amenities: Shared laundry area in the building, heater/AC, and street parking.

About us:
We are friendly and hardworking roommates (all female). We respect each other’s privacy but enjoy a friendly chat in the common areas. We’re looking for someone financially stable, clean and easygoing, who would fit our place :) We love pets, but unfortunately, we can't have them. From time to time we do host visits two or three tiny teacup Yorkies, so being comfortable around small dogs is important. We also value keeping the apartment organized and tidy, while understanding that life happens. To make things easier for everyone, we follow a rotating cleaning schedule so responsibilities are shared fairly.
