Female roommates preferred – Beverlywood (near Beverly Hills/Century City)

Room available starting on May 1st, in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room is furnished (queen bed + desk), with great natural light and a large closet. There are two bathrooms, you’ll share one bathroom with one roommate and the other, where the shower is, is shared by all three.

The apartment includes a full kitchen, living area, central AC/heat, and shared laundry in the building ($1.75 wash and $1.50 dry (quarters).

About us:
We’re friendly, respectful, and clean roommates. We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and financially stable. We occasionally have small teacup Yorkies visiting, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

Pets: one roommate occasionally hosts 2 tea cup Yorkies, so must like/be ok with dogs. For that reason, if you have a pet, you'd need to keep them in the bedroom when the Yorkies are visiting :)
