No garage access and no additional storage. Street parking lite at night and safe. Utilities not included (about $125 a month )and maid service is available. Background and or credit check required and paid for by potential renter. Employed. NO PETS. Non-Smokers, NonDrinkers, No Drugs, , allowed. Month to month rental. Deposit required. It is centrally located close to freeways, great shopping, restaurants, parks, market, banks and shopping centers.
