I have a furnished room in a cozy 2bed/2bath apartment available now. You will get your own furnished bedroom and your own private en suite bathroom. The other roommate has their own room and bathroom. He is a male professional who works outside the home.

What I am looking for: Respectful, mature, and CLEAN adult who is looking for a place to live near Beverly Hills/Century City.

The neighborhood is called Beverlywood, it is a family friendly subdivision with 24 hour security. Parking is always available on the street in front of the apartment.

Major cross roads are Pico and Beverly Dr. 90035 Zip Code

The unit is located 20 minutes from the airport, the ocean, and Hollywood. Downtown Beverly Hills is a 20 minute walk by foot (5 min by car)

Laundry is located in the building takes quarters and there is also a laundromat around the corner off Pico.

Please respond with information about yourself, what dates you are interested to move in and out, and what you are doing in LA (student, work, here on vacation)

Rent: $1800 total with electric, gas, internet included

This is for a furnished apartment - all furnishings are mine and I expect them to be treated with care.
