About me:

I am a laid-back working professional who has lived in the Master Bedroom of this unit for 4 1/2 years. It is a great unit, in a quiet building with a great building manager. I work from home and do audio recording, so during work hours I cannot have extremely loud music or noises that would interfere with my work. The den acts as my office space (complete with a full recording booth) which should not be considered a "common space". I am a non-smoker, go out on occasion, don't have people over super often and am in my 30's. I value open communication and respect for each other and each other's property.

This is a GREAT deal for the quality of space in this highly desirable area. The only things you would really have to bring are your bedroom items as the I already have furniture in all the other spaces.
