Cozy private room/bath avail now in Beverlywood

I have a furnished room available for move in April 1st, m. The unit is a cozy 2bed/2bath located near Beverly Hills.

You will get your own furnished bedroom and your own private bathroom. The other roommate has her own room and bathroom.

The room available is furnished with a king Bed, desk, dresser, etc

The Kitchen has your basic essentials. The Fridge, Stove, Oven, and dishwasher are all brand new. There is a small balcony, perfect for chilling and enjoying the So cal Sunsets, nice breeze comes in as well. The best part about the apartment is the natural sunlight that shines through-- and my many plants :)

About the area: The unit is located in Beverlywood, it is a family friendly subdivision with 24 hour security. Beverly Hills District is the next street north. Downtown Beverly Hills is a 20 minute walk away. Century City & Century City mall are very close by. Culver City is close as well, just south of the neighborhood. I love the area- to me it is central to everything. You can even hop on the #1 Blue Bus and take it straight down Pico to Santa Monica. The Ocean is 20 minutes away, LAX airport is 25 minutes away. West Hollywood is 10 minutes away.

Laundry is located in the building, not inside the unit. It takes quarters. There is also a laundromat around the corner off Pico and another off Robertson.

Parking is always available on the street in front of the apartment. $25 for a permit

The place will be available for the rest of 2026 You are not bound to a year lease. You can leave anytime and all I ask is for a 30 day notice.

What I am looking for: a Respectful, mature, and CLEAN adult who is looking for a place to live near Beverly Hills/Century City.
