We all work full time, all are very busy professional; similar people are welcome to join our family. Clean, responsible, respectful, honest are essential. A mature male or female is welcome to apply. 6 months lease and $1400deposit required. Background check and credit score are required. Please make sure that you are able to pay rent on time, proof of stable income be provided. Please no smoking, no party, no drug/alcohol, no pet. Light cooking preferred.
