I am an easy going, caring person looking for a single, responsible, FEMALE roommate with a gross income around $1,100/month (who is a full-time student and/or who only works part-time), to rent a fully furnished bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment (on the 3rd floor) in Walnut Creek near Treat Blvd. Easy access to freeway/close to PH BART. We live in a low income affordable housing complex.
Can personalize/accessorize bedroom to your liking and get rid of furniture if you have your own. Will be sharing a private bathroom with the other roommate and have full access to the kitchen and common areas. There's a laundry room on the property. Small pets welcomed, except for cats.
Rent is $500/month + approximately $40 for shared utilities (may vary). Will need to fill out an application and pay $46 fee.
Move in date-5/15/24
Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a good day!
