Williamsburg Loft - Beautiful large space

Hello! We have an amazing, huge, loft in heart of Williamsburg.
It's perfect for a single person or a couple.

Term:
Jan 23rd till April 30th
1 month minimum rental.
We are somewhat flexible on move-in/move-out days, but prefer longer term.
This is a room rental in a large shared space, but during this rental we will be traveling for work so it will be private for the use of the full apartment (minus our 2 downstairs bedrooms)

Neighborhood:
1 minutes from L train Bedford station, which is one stop from manhattan. less than 10 minutes subway ride to Union Square.
5 mins walk to Whole Foods and McCarren park, and cafe, bars, salons, restaurants, shops are within walking distance
It's a very convenient neighborhood with everything in reach, yet it’s very quiet and safe.

The apartment
The available space is a 1,100 sq ft loft apartment with high ceiling.
First level is a dining/living room area. (and two, off-limit bedrooms) There is a small washing machine (hang to dry) or there's a landromat around the corner.
Upper level is a very large bedroom (approx. 17x30ft) with a 47" smart TV, smaller couch, air filter, work desk, large closet, and queen size bed.  
Bathroom is located on the first floor.

All utilities are included. (we ask that you turn off the lights and heat when you aren't at home)
Cleaning fee : $150
One month deposit and first month rent is required to move in.
No Shoes. No guests. Clean up after yourself and leave the space how you found it :)
We do ask that you water the plants once/twice a week, so it's good if you enjoy plants!

We are looking for a responsible and clean person or couple.
If you are interested, we can coordinate zoom/facetime tour of the apartment.
