Easygoing roommate looking to fill a room

I've been given an opportunity and will be moving upstate. I'm posting this to try to find a replacement person or couple to take the room my girlfriend and I have shared for the past 2 years.

The roommate that is staying is a lifelong friend of mine and a really easy roommate and good guy. He works from home as a programmer but keeps relatively normal sleep hours and has never once in the years of living together kept us up. He goes out most weekends but rarely has people to the house and when he does it's only a handful of close friends coming over for board games or to get ready to go out.

The apartment is about as nice as you can get in this price range. The street is unbelievably quiet since it's a one way that forks from three other one ways. It's a new apartment so the amenities all work well, including the in-unit laundry and the dishwasher. The room we are filling is the master bedroom and it comfortably fits a king bed with nightstands and room for a dresser, as well as a respectable closet. This room also has its own bathroom. with a bathtub/shower and plenty of cabinet space. The heating/ AC units in every room work extremely well and the temperature is easy to regulate. It's overall just an amazing space to live.

We would accept couples but the split of rent would be shifted a small amount to accommodate for the extra space taken in the shared space.

-Not afraid to have a beer with the friends, but you're past the wild part of your twenties where 20 people house parties are the norm.
