If you’re looking for a huge (actually huge), cheerful, sunny spot in Williamsburg then hit us up!

Room is 12ftx12ft and has a private, ensuite bathroom + closet space.

We're on a quiet street that’s really close to transport - 3 minute walk to the Lorimer L and Metropolitan G, 10 minute walk from the Hewes J/M/Z. We've got a citibike point round the corner, too which is great for popping over to the ferries.

We have a cheese shop, a vegetable shop, and supermarkets less than five minutes away. The best croissants in Brooklyn are made down the road at Nick+Sons. There's a fresh pasta shop a little under ten minutes walk. We're 15 minutes walk from McCarren park, and a short cycle to Domino Park.

Large kitchen/living room space, fully furnished and equipped, happy to share everything.

We have (almost private) roof access with an amazing view of Manhattan. We have a table and an umbrella up there and do socially distant film screenings in the summer.

We cook a fair bit and you're welcome to eat with us! Before covid times, we liked to have people over for dinner fairly often and a party once in a blue moon. Obviously not so much now.

Washing! We just purchased a large, technically portable washing machine and a drying rack. There's also a laundromat around the corner, less than 4 minutes walk.

Happy to consider couples, would consider a small pet but probably not a dog, sadly.
