I?m subletting my room till September 30th, with the possibility to stay in the apartment for one year after the sublet, if you like the place. The start date can be anytime between August 15th and early September.

The apartment is located in South Williamsburg (Lorimer St x Meserole St). It?s a flat share of 3 persons I?ve been sharing with 2 Americans, a girl and a guy, both young professional. The apartment is 900 ft? large with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen fully furnished (dishwasher, oven, micro-waves, huge fridge and freezer), a living room, a terrace and a great furnished rooftop. The apartment is very quiet, located on the last floor of the building, with direct access to the roof. We?ve got central AC and washing machine in the building.

The apartment is located very close from 3 different subways: 3? walk from G train (Broadway station), 5? walk from J/M/Z train (station Hewes Street) and 10? walk from L train (Lorimer Street station). There are 2 huge supermarkets ? Brooklyn Harvest and Wallgreens ? on the next block, and a gym across the street. You are 15? walk from Bedford and 10? walk from the entrance of Williamsburg Bridge.
