Spare Room in Beautiful Bushwick Apt

Hello! My roommate and l are looking for a third roommate to sign a one-year lease and share our beautitul 3 BR apartment in Bushwick Brooklyn. The available room comes unfurnished and fits a full sized bed (photos with bed provided for scale). The rest of the apartment comes furnished and is spacious, has dishwasher and central air/heat, in-building washer/dryer, fitness center, roof top access, and super responsive management .

We are two professionals: one gay in their early 30s and other straight in mid 20s. We are clean, quiet, and respectful of each other’s privacy and hoping you’ll be the same. We are looking for a roommate ASAP who we can comfortably share our space with. I have a really friendly cat (Meow Meow) who also lives here and doesn't pay rent (trust me, if she would only get a job...).

I’m a PhD student in developmental psychology, so whether working late or starting early I won’t be disturbing your rest. My roommate is a bit of a night owl, but is super respectful of your need for privacy and quiet as well. Our apartment is a 5 minute walk from the JM Flushing stop and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the L Montrose and G Flushing stop. We are close to a Food Bazaar, Milieu Market, Horseradish Market, and several bars and restaurants.

We are looking for a similarly professionally-minded roommate who is clean and respectful and mindful of the space. Cat and LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
