Hi there! My current lease is up on May 1 and I need to find a new roommate to renew for a 12 month lease. The apartment is a big 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. The room available faces the backyard. It's a huge king size bedroom with big windows and a closet. We are right on Maria Hernandez Park and one block from everything you need. I am in my early 30s and have a dog that is a friendly pocket staff terrier. I?m pretty laid-back, I love art and music and anything in artistic nature. I?m a part time student who also works full time. Looking for someone who is like-minded but professional to room with.
